Child Custody & Support

Issues involving children are often the most difficult to determine in cases involving a break up of a personal relationship. Children are caught in the middle and significant efforts should be made by all parties and their legal representatives to always give the best interests of the children priority treatment. Unfortunately, this does not always happen. As well disputes can arise over where the children will be living and with whom, whether the one party will see the children and when, who will pay support for the children and how much and for how long. These issues can be very simple or complex depending on each person’s individual circumstances and it is my job to help you work out the best solution to these issues.
