Separation Agreements

When a marriage or personal relationship breaks down there are often many outstanding issues that should be resolved. These issues can include custody of or access to children, financial support for the children, financial support for the parties themselves, property issues, including the ownership and possession of such property and the equalization of each parties' net worth acquired during the relationship. A Separation Agreement is usually a better, less costly, method of resolving these issues than taking such issues to court.  I can assist you in arranging for such an agreement.
