Spousal Support

Aside from the children, if any, when a personal relationship breaks down, there can also be issues relating to whether one party should financially support the other party and, if so, for how much and for how long. Again these issues often depend on the circumstances of each case, but, if sought, spousal support will more often than not be granted for at least some time period. Which is why you should consult with me to ascertain if you should have concerns over your ability to receive or pay spousal support and what to do about those concerns.
